Dear PhD researchers,
We are writing to ask anyone conducted languages-based research to complete Survey link here, to inform AHRC-funded work to identify potential future directions for the AHRC’s funding of languages research (see here for more information).
We want to hear from as many PhD students as possible to give us a really good understanding of current and potential areas of expertise in languages, cultures and societies. The survey is completely anonymous, but there is an option at the end to leave contact details if you would be willing to discuss ideas further in an interview or focus group.
Thanks in advance – the results of the survey will inform our report to the AHRC about suitable kinds of funding in future, and about how to update the (definitely imperfect) labels that the AHRC and others use to describe languages research.
