Can we blame them? An examination of the moral responsibility of current and former child soldiers

My research develops a victim-perpetrator model of the moral responsibility of child soldiers. I explore the conditions of moral responsibility and potential excusing conditions, and use this to argue for the potential dual victim-perpetrator status for child soldiers.
